General Information
- Client must be at least 18 years old to commission.- Pricing is subject to change based on complexity.-I have the right to decline a commission for any reason.- A clear reference must be provided, unless you are commissioning a custom design.- You may not claim my work or designs as your own.- You may not trace my work. You may reference my work, please give credit!- I own all rights to the artwork I create.- You may not use my artwork in AI, to train AI, or in any AI model or software. You may not use my artwork for NFT, Crypto, or any blockchain technology.
Payment & Refunds
- Full payment is required upfront. Payment will be made via Square invoice. All payments are in USD.- Failure to pay the invoice within 24 hours will result in the commission being cancelled.- Refunds are only given for pieces that are not started. Client may not ask for a refund based on clients failure to manage personal finances.- We accept payment plans on commissions over $400. We will require 30% down and the remaining balance split over 2 weeks.
Client Permissions
- Clients may not use commissioned work for commercial/retail/resale (Stickers, shirts, etc) unless you purchase commercial rights. Please message me for rates.- Clients may use their commissioned artwork for personal stickers, icons, shirts, etc as long as they are not selling the product.
Turnaround Times & Edits
- Turnaround time varies between 2-5 months from final payment. If a commission has not been started within 6 months, the client has a right to a full refund regardless of progress on the commission, should they choose.- Edits and adjustments should be requested during the sketch phase. Correcting markings or small edits will not incur any fee. Large edits such as major changes to the lineart or parts of the artwork will incur a fee.- If commissioning a custom design, you will have up to 6 (six) initial rough concepts. A first phase of 3, and a second phase of 3 if the first group does not match your idea. After the rough concept you are allowed minor adjustments. Any major adjustments to the final design after lineart and design approval will incur a fee.-For all other commissions, I will do up to 3 rounds of sketches/edits. I will completely re-draw the commission one time, which will count towards the 3 edits. Any edits after that will incur a 25% fee of the original commission price. Re-draws after that will incur a fee of 75% of the original commission price.- I will draw in my style only.- For custom designs, the owner retains full character rights and ownership. You may resell, gift, or trade the design.- For custom designs, I will not solve any disputes regarding ownership. The current owner owns the design, unless you are the commissioner or have received the design via sale/trade/gift by the current owner, you may not claim the design as your own.
